RETURN POLICY
Uniquely Big Beauty will accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. If there is a problem with your merchandise, please contact us immediately by email stating your reason for the return and wait for further instructions. PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS VIA USPS with tracking. Once the items are received and processed within 5-7 business days, you will receive a refund (only for the items that are being returned) via the email provided to us. Returns are ONLY accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items MUST be returned in its original condition. Items with stains, odors or fragrances will NOT be accepted and will NOT be issued a refund. Uniquely Big Beauty has the right to refuse any item that does not meet our requirements for returns.
Clearance items, jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets and etc...), mystery bags, lingerie, undergarments and masks are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE.
Shipping for returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that your return didn't meet our requirements, you will be billed and required to pay before we ship them back to you. Shipping fees for return items are non-refundable

How It Works
We ship to our customers using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail within the United States ONLY. Please make sure that the address provided to us is correctly inputted. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to incorrect address information nor are we responsible for packages mishandled by the U.S. Postal Service. Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable by USPS will not receive a refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship your package.
